Anniversary Ceremony of the Mazandaran Food Industry Quality Engineering Association Held; Outstanding Technical Managers Honored
The anniversary ceremony of the Mazandaran Food Industry Quality Engineering Association was held at Mizban Complex in Babolsar, with the participation of provincial and national officials, CEOs of manufacturing companies, and professionals from the food industry. During the event, a number of outstanding Technical Managers, Quality Control Managers, and food industry experts were recognized for their valuable contributions.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mohammad Rezaghi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mazandaran Food Industry Quality Engineering Association, referred to the current challenges facing the manufacturing sector and stated:
“We hope that through cooperation and solidarity among food industry professionals, we can take effective steps toward improving quality standards and achieving the sustainable development of this industry in Mazandaran Province.”
Emphasizing the importance of standardization in the province’s food industry, he added that all food products manufactured in factories are supervised by the General Directorate of Standards and the University of Medical Sciences and are subject to mandatory national quality standards.
He further explained that food products are periodically sampled by inspectors from the General Directorate of Standards and the Food and Drug Organization, and are evaluated in accordance with the applicable regulations and quality standards.
During the ceremony, Naderi, a member of the Board of Directors of the Mazandaran Food Industry Quality Engineering Association, stated that the event was organized to commemorate the Association’s anniversary while honoring Technical Managers, experts in food and drug supervision, and other distinguished professionals working in the field.
He also highlighted the significant role of women in the province’s food industry, noting that the Association has approximately 400 members, a considerable proportion of whom are women. He emphasized that their active participation has consistently contributed to improving product quality and strengthening the scientific foundations of the food industry.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, several outstanding Technical Managers from food manufacturing companies across Mazandaran Province were honored for their professional achievements.
Among the award recipients, Ms. Fatemeh Aryanfar, Technical Manager, was recognized as an Outstanding Technical Manager in appreciation of her dedicated efforts and significant contribution to enhancing product quality and ensuring compliance with production standards in the food industry of Mazandaran Province.
